My career in motorsports started in a familiar way: holding the flashlight for my Dad (apparently poorly) while he worked on the family cars.
After completing a degree in Racecar Technology, I worked briefly as a dynamometer technician before being hired as a fabricator at Underground Racing in Charlotte, NC. That high-pressure environment and excellent mentorship pushed me to grow my skills as a welder and fabricator, and I was eventually promoted to managing that department.
In 2017 I moved to Denver and started at 3R as a fabricator. I appreciated the challenge of having to be flexible and solve new problems everyday-in that time, I've never made the same thing twice! In the summer of 2023, I moved to my current management role. I sometimes miss hitting things with hammers, but I'm fortunate to work with such a varied and skilled team, and I thoroughly enjoy helping our customers achieve their goals!

I have been fabricating and building cars for just about 15 years now! I studied at Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming. Here at 3R I specialize in custom metal fabrication and the fabrication of composite parts. Also I have a strong understanding of automotive mechanical and wiring. I have been into cars since I was a baby chilling in the garage with my father! My passion is to build peoples unique, fast and powerful dream cars!

Hello there! I started young working on family cars. Following that I went to school for welding and automotive. Throughout the years I have done various things from building and restoring cars to managing service departments. I try to make it a goal to learn something new each day as I love learning new things. In my free time I enjoy competing in Time attack and working on race cars. I joined 3R in the spring of 2024 and my goal is to make peoples automotive and motorsport goals a reality.

I’ve been in the automotive industry for 22 years. I started by working for Honda and Nissan, where I reached the level of Master Technician. My interest in racing brought me to 3R in 2017. During the race season I do professional crew work for Kelly Moss Racing and Rotek Racing.

My passion for racing started at a very young age. I found my start in the industry in paint and restoration. In the summer of 2023, I started at 3R where I do a bit of everything including paint, composites, fabrication, and mechanical. I love the idea of creating something from an idea. Anything with a motor catches my interest!

Howdy, My name is Mitchell Holman. Ever since I was born I have been all about cars. I was self taught when it came to working on cars. I grew up building motors for my RC buggies which I then took racing. After winning enough RC races for any kid I graduated to purestock racing with a Chevelle. That was short lived mom didn't like it. I bought my first Mustang at 15 and did everything from paint to cams. 5 years later (and several cars) I got my first job in the high end automotive industry in Phoenix building custom supercars (Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari ETC). I now find myself at 3R and am thrilled to be here and continuously progress my knowledge. I also convinced mom to let me race again.

I’m fairly new to both the motorsports industry and 3R. However, I’ve been in the welding and fabrication industry for two years now. I graduated Lincoln Tech of Nashville in 2024 and am a certified structural welder. My initial focus at 3R is on composites. One thing I can appreciate about 3R is the great attention to detail on top of shop cleanliness.
